Gwyneth Paltrow's ultra-strict diet has struck again as the star is mocked on Instagram for her 'high protein' version of a McDonald's McMuffin - and it was missing one key element.
In a clip posted on April 27, the Goop founder, 51, sported some blue and white striped pyjamas as she danced around her glamorous kitchen.
With Lovely Day by Bill Withers playing in the background, she looked happy as she swayed from side to side and waved her spatula in the air.
The mother-of-two filmed herself frying a small portion of sausage meat, alongside two eggs that she generously doused in pepper.
A well as giving fans an inside look to her 'amazing' kitchen, the star also showed off her glorious back garden, before whipping up her final high protein egg 'McMuffin'.

There was no bun in sight and instead the sausage and egg were accompanied by some leafy greens
The caption to the video, which has now been liked by more than 270,000, reads: 'Today I tried a high protein egg “McMuffin” from my girl Michelle at @nomnompaleo. I rubbed the sausage with garlic, added arugula, primal kitchen mayo and sriracha #boyfriendbreakfast.'
However, some viewers were baffled as Gwyneth's version looked very different to the usual greasy fry-up from McDonald's.

Viewers quickly flocked to the comments to poke fun at her healthy alternative to the high-street chain.
A second quipped: 'And at the end, she feeds it to the dog and then drinks bone broth.'
Others commented: 'Man it must be amazing to be rich'.
Alluding to the size of her house, someone else questioned: 'Ummm - do you have a kitchen beside your kitchen?'

Someone else joked: 'Gwyneth, I gotta come cook something for you' with another Instagram user chiming in with: 'Anything would be better than this'.

'Yeah that looks disgusting' and 'Loved how she put the eggs on bowls just to salt them' added others.
However, some fans of the actress rushed to her defence, with one quipping: 'I know celebs are also just people but it is SO nice to see some cooking their own food'.
'The only thing that would make this better is a fresh brioche bun.'
Another wrote: 'Lots of hate in the comments. The food looked delicious and without makeup she's still gorgeous'.
Her daughter Apple Martin also chimed in with: 'I can't wait to have home food again,' to which Gwyneth responded: 'Come home already, I can't take it anymore!'
But it's not the first time Gwyneth has faced ridicule online for her dietary choices.
In March of last year, she joked about the foods that would undoubtedly 'kill her.'
In an interview with Dr. Will Cole for The Art of Being Well podcast, Gwyneth revealed her diet which listeners slammed for not including 'enough food.'

In March of last year, she joked about the foods that would undoubtedly 'kill her.'
It led TikTokers to poke fun at the actress and businesswoman by detailing which foods the health fanatic would never eat because would cause her to drop dead - from a Kraft single slice of cheese to a Pop Tart.
The newest recipe video comes just after the star revealed that her children have to break down internet memes for her because she does not understand the concept of their jokes.
The mother-of-two - who recently put on a hot look for the Cultured shoot - told the outlet that she has a hard time putting together most internet memes and reaches out to her son Moses, 18, and daughter Apple, 19 for help.
'This one meme, "I'm baby,"' she said of a meme in question, 'I'm like, "What the f---? What does that mean?" And then everyone tries to explain what "I'm baby" means. I finally got it.'
The 51-year-old Iron Man star added that she is getting more savvy online and is grateful her teenagers keep her in the loop.
